All intellectual property rights in the work produced by Orbit X Media Pvt. Ltd. remain our property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client.

Orbit X Media Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any of the terms outlined in this document. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
